At this rate, I should be 15 pounds thinner by New Year's!

If you want to lose weight, "they" say you should eat six small meals a day, right? Awesome! I am SO on track to lose major weight this holiday, because I am totally on track with the six small meals thing. So far, today, I've had:

Meal #1: Coffee, 3 Christmas cookies
Meal #2: Second cup of coffee, half-glass of milk, 2 more Christmas cookies
Meal #3: Bag of Sun Chips and a Diet Coke
Meal #4: Two satsumas, 3 pieces of salt water taffy
Meal #5: One piece of Costco pizza, another Diet Coke

Only one more small meal to go, today. I'm thinking a few bites of the kids' leftover mac & cheese, a couple more Christmas cookies, and a glass of wine. I'm gonna get so skinny!!!



  1. Oh, I couldn't agree with you more! In fact your diet sounds just like mine. I never thought about it that way. I just finished my dinner of a bowl of cool whip with crushed graham crackers and chocolate. Did I mention that it was fat free cool whip? Oh, and I had some diet coke to wash it down. In fact that might have been my fourth dc of the day. Maybe I should go for number 5.

    Meal one; Juice and a spoonful of left over cheerieos

    Meal Two: A mini cinnabun
    Meal Three; BBQ Chips and a small piece of cake
    Meal Four: A fruit cup and hersey kiss

  4. Totally on board with this new diet! I had some chocolate chip cream cheese with graham crackers for breakfast (okay, and for two other "small" meals in the same day). You might want to throw that in the mix :)

  6. Your pants feel tight because they probably shrunk in your friend's dryer. That would have NEVER happened in yours!

  7. This totally sounds like my holiday diet. I was so busy, I barely had time to eat and when I did it was all cookie related. Hmmm...
